Italian model Raffaella Fico clearly had a message for her on-off boyfriend Mario Balotelli on Sunday: Take me down the aisle!

The brunette beauty slipped a wedding dress over her expanding tummy to participate in a fashion show in Naples.

Her footballer beau - father to her unborn child - was too busy with his Manchester City duties to be in the audience, but no doubt his feisty girlfriend has sent him plenty of photos of her in the elaborate ensemble.

Rafaella, who is seven months pregnant, was dressed in a long white gown with a cascading skirt and embellished bustier.

Her ring finger was noticeably bare as she placed her hands on her hips and pulled her best pose at the end of the catwalk in Naples.

Her hair was teased in to a waterfall of curls, and the cheeky smile on her face hinted she might be hoping her other half takes a hint that she is ready to make their union official.

The Premier League star leads an unpredictable life both on and off the pitch, and no one knows this better than 24-year old Raffaella.

The pair had a very public fall out earlier this year after the pretty actress confronted 22-year old Mario over cheating allegations.

A war of words soon broke out between the pair, with gossip magazines in their native Italy lapping up the salacious accusations and slurs.

When Raffaella revealed she was pregnant, Mario apparently denied paternity and demanded that the tot undergo DNA testing after its birth.

Since then, the pair have kissed and made up, and Mario has bought his lady and child a new family pad in Milan - as well as vowing that their private life will remain under wraps.

Raffaella has continued to act and model as her pregnancy has progressed, and last month was seen showing off some new bikini designs.
